What research do I need to do in order to be customer driven?
We use the tools and studies below to work in a customer driven way. We do not only find it important to interpret data correctly, but also to meet your end users. This way you also experience the emotion of your end users when they visit your platform. This leads to new, valuable insights.
- Tools that have (relevant) data such as Google Analytics, CRM, other databases, etc.
- Interviews with those who are in direct contact with the target group (e.g. your customer service colleagues);
- Quantitative research with end users from your target group;
- Qualitative research with end users from your target group.
