We certainly do, nice question! We use data from Google Analytics for this purpose. When a large part of the visitors visit the website with a mobile phone, or we see an increase in it, mobile first is a good choice. In any case, we always make sure that the website on every device is solid.

We use the work session to get to know the company, its products, target groups, markets, etc. better. Together we fill in the customer journey, so that we can create a website that meets the needs of the target group. Together we determine the kpi's of the website, discuss wireframes, look at concepts and identify personas. Every work session is different and let's connect to what's really needed.

During the project you have an experienced project manager who supervises the project from start to finish. After going live, the project will be transferred to our support department. During the entire period you have a permanent account manager.
